HR OFFICER

FUNCTION

  • Looking after the welfare of employees
  • Payroll administration in cooperation with our social secretariat
  • You are responsible for HR reports to HR/ Operations/ Finance
  • Managing and updating personnel files
  • Support recruitment and selection, including planning job interviews and welcoming new employees
  • Help further implement an improvement culture and our values, HR policies and procedures, employer branding and social media policy

PROFILE

  • A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in HR (systems and cooperation social secretariat)
  • Good listening, communication and TEAM-player skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • An open mindset and wanting to move forward together with us
