FUNCTION

• Continuous improvement of our SHEQ processes and procedures (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality), together with the SHEQ Manager and Hierarchical Line.
• Improving quality through structured professional complaint management based on root cause analyses (RCAs).
• Coordination and execution of internal audits to ensure a well functioning and secured quality management system.
• Support in external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Ecovadis, customers...) by preparing and providing relevant information.
• Environmental follow-up and improvement: administration, reporting and declarations, waste management, permit applications, C02 reduction ...

PROFILE

• Education Industrial Engineer or equivalent through experience
• Familiar with SHEQ standards and norms (ISO 9001/14001)
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and motivational skills
• Frequent presence on the shop floor to hear and see what is going on and how together in TEAM we can continuously improve the SHEQ aspects of DRUMDRUM
• Hands-on person passionate about the SHEQ aspects in a production environment
