HR OFFICER
FUNCTION
- Looking after the welfare of employees
- Payroll administration in cooperation with our social secretariat
- You are responsible for HR reports to HR/ Operations/ Finance
- Managing and updating personnel files
- Support recruitment and selection, including planning job interviews and welcoming new employees
- Help further implement an improvement culture and our values, HR policies and procedures, employer branding and social media policy
PROFILE
- A bachelor's degree and relevant experience in HR (systems and cooperation social secretariat)
- Good listening, communication and TEAM-player skills
- Strong administrative skills
- An open mindset and wanting to move forward together with us
